Kregg Fordyce is an architect, urban planner, and the founder of studioDEEP (formerly known as KFA Architects + Planners Inc.). As a licensed practitioner, Kregg has extensive experience in low-, mid-, and high-rise residential developments, mix-used and commercial projects, hospitality developments, as well as urban initiatives for municipalities and non-profit agencies. Furthermore, Kregg is a passionate advocate for innovations in the building industry and design, including blockchain technology, spatial planning, and regenerative design. As the firm’s principal, he is proud that DEEP+ has developed into a workplace with a strong diversity amongst staff in both culture and skills, giving the studio a work environment that truly reflects the City of Toronto's vibrant nature.
