With more than ten years of international experience in Europe and Canada, Vladyslav Tyminskyi works at the intersection of urban policy research, spatial planning practice, and the teaching of architectural and urban theory. Alongside his practice, Vladyslav is a PhD Candidate at the University of Stuttgart (Department of International Urbanism and Design) and an Editorial Board member of the Planning Practice & Research (PPR) peer-review journal. In 2022-23, he was a guest researcher with the Architecture Philosophy and Theory (APT) academic group at TU Delft (Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment). As part of the studioDEEP team, Vladyslav integrates a spatial planning approach into urban design and planning projects in Canadian communities. This includes conducting comprehensive urban analysis, as well as crafting spatial development visions and policy recommendations for strategic urban areas in collaborative and community-oriented manner.
