Hemp Strategy Workshop — Strategies for Today and Tomorrow
Kregg Fordyce, Founder and Principal of studioDEEP and member of the Toronto BioBuild Collective, will join the “Hemp Strategy Workshop: Strategies for Today and Tomorrow” at the Hemp Canada Conference & Expo 2025.
Speaking alongside leaders from across the hemp value chain, Kregg will share how architects and designers are beginning to integrate hemp-based, bio-based materials into building assemblies, and how collaborative initiatives like TBC’s Mock-Up Project are helping the industry test, visualize, and communicate these alternatives to conventional construction.
His contribution will highlight the role of design practice in building resilient supply chains, supporting material innovation, and advancing a low-carbon building culture in Canada.
